my gf is a butch lesbian and people constantly ask her if she’s trans, is she sure she’s not trans, why isn’t she trans etc etc. she constantly has to correct people trying to use they/them pronouns for her even after she’s told them she uses she/her. but i guess misgendering isn’t “literal violence” when it happens to actual lesbians 🧐
